主题：造成虎鲸(Southern Resident Orcas)decline的三个原因。

　　Although language and cultural differences may lead to misunderstandings and communication difficulties, I firmly believe that organizations should foster a diverse workforce as it cultivates creativity and innovation. The primary reason is that when people from diverse backgrounds work together, they will share a wide range of perspectives and experiences, frequently sparking the creation of novel products, services, and unique solutions to challenges. A case in point is the global renowned technology company, Google; to be more specific, one notable product, Google Translate, was developed by a team of linguists, engineers, and project managers from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Their diverse skills and viewpoints were crucial in creating a product that could precisely and efficiently translate languages for users across the global. Without diversity, the workforce can become homogeneous and stagnant, thereby limiting the range of ideas, perspectives, and experiences within the organization, and consequently stifling creativity and innovation. Therefore, for the sake of fostering creativity and innovation, it is imperative that organizations champion a diverse workforce.
