  Kelly: I believe frequent communication with a supervisor is more beneficial for employees. It allows the supervisor to understand your direction and make timely adjustments if needed. For instance, if you're working on a project and encounter an issue, regular check-ins mean you can quickly get advice and avoid going off track. This helps in achieving goals more efficiently.

  Paul: I think less frequent communication with a supervisor is better. Daily feedback can sometimes hurt your confidence, especially if it's negative. For example, if you're constantly being corrected, you might start doubting your abilities. With less frequent check-ins, you have more time to focus on your work and build your skills without feeling pressured or criticized all the time.

  From my point of view, frequent communication with a supervisor is more beneficial for employee growth and problem resolution. This is because regular communication with the supervisor allows for feedback and guidance on tasks and projects, which can help employees improve their skills and performance, leading to personal growth and development. It also provides an opportunity for employees to discuss any challenges they may be facing, receive support, and work together to find solutions. For example, my sister Jane works in a rapidly evolving tech company. They need to do regular check-ins with their supervisors to ensure that they stay aligned with the latest project requirements and technological updates, which enables them to adapt quickly and effectively. When they communicate with their leaders, the support and guidance received can prevent small issues from snowballing into larger problems, thus reducing overall stress and improving work quality. Therefore, regular communication with a supervisor is more advantageous for employee development and issue-solving.
