　　2024年9月7日下午场的托福考试已经成为回忆，新东方在线SAT考试网为大家整理了此次考试的托福口语机经，让我们一起来回顾和分析这次的口语考查内容。

　　TASK 1

　　Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Parents should not be good friends with their children.

　　Sample Answer

　　Well, I think parents should be good friends with their children. Simply, it makes children happy because if they could be friends with their parents, they would feel more in control and being respected, of course, it helps strengthen the relationship with their parents and avoid a lot of potential family conflicts. Therefore, instead of having endless arguments, pursuing family harmony is more important.

　　Also, being friends with parents is a cool thing. While others are still arguing with their parents about some trivia like the access to social media, final grades or doing laundry, you can hang out with your parents, grabbing lunch or going shopping. Isn’t that awesome?

　　Moreover, if parents and their kids could be friends, they would put on each other's shoes, to understand each other. For example, If kids were parents, they would know how tough it is to handle those complicated situations like supporting families, and raising up children.

　　学校开放音乐练习室给所有同学，听力还挺特别，学生先说很高兴，作为非音乐专业学生可以练琴，有助于他的钢琴练习，接着表达了一点遗憾就是开放时间不够flexible ，他晚上要兼职所以几乎很难用到练习室，希望以后能多开放一些时间。

　　Olden Music Building has numerous individual practice rooms used by students majoring in music. Recently, the building was renovated and ten new practice rooms were added. With this addition, there will now be “open hours” allowing non-music majors the opportunity to use the practice rooms. “Many non-music majors who play musical instruments have been requesting use of the practice rooms. We want to be fair and give all students the chance to further develop their musical skills,” said Professor Burrow, Music Department Chair. However, to ensure that music majors will have sufficient access to the rooms, open hours will be limited to 9-11 P.M., Monday through Thursday.

　　Reliant behavior is species that may become dependent on humans' conservation efforts for their survival.

　　濒危动物会依赖人类的救助行为，当人类停止救助，他们就更难生存。

　　有一种鸟类需要住在森林里，但是野猪会吃掉森林的植被，这类鸟就很难存活，所以人就花很多钱去赶走野猪，但是这个行动program不能中止，因为这个鸟有依赖保护的特性，如果停止了，这些鸟会死。

　　TASK 4

　　Lecture题材：Psychology

　　Topic：Two ways that reinforcement can be used to change behavior

　　Way 1: positive reinforcement

　　例子：新工作需要你每天早起，which you hate to do. 但是因为你又确实需要早起，怎么办呢?你就可以用positive reinforcement的方式— — 比方说早起你可以奖励自己favorite breakfast。(jelly doughnut or some nice hot cereal)这样就能帮助reinforces your behavior of getting out of bed.

　　Way 2：Negative Reinforcement

　　例子：因为你不喜欢早上洗澡，所以很有可能这个想法会让你早上不想起床。所以，你可以remove shower from your morning routine。改成晚上睡前洗澡，这样一来negatively reinforce the behavior of getting up early for your job.
